Sorry, da hab ich im englischunterricht nicht richtig aufgepasst. Es heisst allerdings nicht 'although you love me', denn es geht hier um eine nicht erwiderte Liebe.

Klingt wie "My heart is..." wirklich gut, ist allerdings sehr kurz. Nun, Songtexte sind ja oft nicht lang.
Allerdings enthält das Ganze einen Fehler: Anstatt "despite you destroy me" muss es "although you love me" heißen. Despite steht immer zusammen mit of und ist eine Präposition, hier brauchst du aber die Konjunktion although.
